Lindsay Pearson
Client Service MAnager

Lindsay is the Client Service Manager at Waypoint Wealth Partners. Prior to joining Waypoint, she held several roles at another wealth management firm, including client service, training, and human resources. Lindsay has over 20 years in the financial services industry with much of that time spent serving clients. 

Lindsay holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Mathematics from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL. She is also SHRM-CP certified.

What qualities make you good at your job?

I love combining my passion to serve with my years of experience in our industry. Building relationships is important to me and the key to providing world class client service. I am committed to excellence and ensuring our clients have everything they need.

What makes you proud to be a part of the Waypoint team?

I believe the work Waypoint does truly changes our clients’ lives for the better. They are able to sleep well at night knowing there is a team of professionals helping them stay on track to meet their financial and personal goals. Every client is treated with kindness, professionalism, compassion, and respect.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

“Worry does not take away from tomorrow’s troubles, it only takes away from today’s peace.” As a parent, mentor, and friend, there can be many things that cause worry. Learning to let go of what you can’t control has created a sense of much needed calm in my life.

What do you love to do outside of work?

In my free time, I enjoy volunteering as a Big Sister for Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I also coach my kids’ basketball teams and love to watch them play soccer and football. I am an avid runner, hiker, and reader.
